Crossing Lines (2013)
You will Love it
Actually I was so tired of lousy series lately, things like a bad plot, not very professional actors, getting cancelled after some episodes and different things. But this one is something worthwhile. I didn't know about this show and when I watched the first episode I found it really interesting. Great concepts and a great set of actors and characters specially William who is my favorite "detective". To wrap things up, if you are into police stories and criminal cases this is the very show to watch. And something very good about it is that episodes are getting better and better, it won't let you down. I don't know why NBC keeps this great show hidden...
Okay, where to start... It has a great story after all, and the cast is great, the chemistry between characters is really something . I just started watching the show and Wow... To put it simple awesome. Blood, Revenge, Betrayal, Love, Lust, Bravery and ... are going to be this show's keywords for the plot. So if you are a fan, go for it. I've seen so many series lately but best believe me this one has that special thing. This is one of those series in which you longed for the next episode and you can't wait to see what will happen next. It's a smart thriller abounds with suspense and excitement. A little advice: Don't miss it, it is well worth watching.
Little Dorrit (2008)
When I first watched the first episode of this superb production of BBC, I gave 7 to it. Then I continued to watch and found out what a exceptional work it is. There are lots of adaptations from different authors but none of them could catch my eyes like this one. The chemistry between characters, the performance of them, the creation of locations, costumes, the music regarding each scene... in a simple word admirable... Perfect. As someone who read the novel itself and has the highest esteem for the author of it, I should say this adaptation, ironically, is so superior than the novel itself, it gave life to the "Little Dorrit" of Dickens. It deserves the highest rate.
