However, when one door closes, another opens, and yet another revelation about Nick sends things over the edge.

As usually ONLY eaten during Celebrations like New Years, as extremely expensive as must be fresh and not refrigerated nor frozen. Same as "Sushi" with "Sashimi" (raw fish) usually only on Extremely Special Occasions, at over $80.00 to $100.00 a pound.
Almost everybody here at Hawaii KNOWS the difference including the actual Japanese Sushi Types that does not have "Raw Fish". Many Non Japanese here at Hawaii even know how to make Japanese Sushi WITHOUT raw fish, that is even available at 7 Eleven. CVS, Safeway Supermarket, Walmart, etc.. See more
