This episode was almost hard to believe. He escapes, TWICE, and both times he was pulled over while driving by chance. Just the same as when he was arrested the first time. My question for Ted is, if he's so damn smart, why would you speed off and try to evade an officer who is likely just pulling you over for speeding or something simple. Not sure what was going through his mind but whenever I've been pulled over for speeding or some traffic violation the officer has never searched my vehicle, the smart thing to do would be to take the ticket/warning and move along. His own stupidity was ultimately the nail in his coffin, he might never have been caught if he had some sense.
