Excellent drama; a necessary change of pace

The appropriately titled "Scar Tissue" is a chance for each of the show's protagonists to assess where they are and how they arrived there.

This is another mature episode, masterfully directed. There are beautiful moments throughout, including a stunning shot of the New York cityscape as darkness descends and the lights blaze in the night.

Suspension of disbelief is paramount so I'll shelve my question over how a criminal psychologist working for the justice department can afford a spacious apartment in the city. Instead, I'll sit back and let this 10 star show carry on entertaining me.
