It is still better than Trevor Noah or Jordan Klepper, but so far Jim's monologues have not been as sharp as they were in the first season. I think the show could slightly adjust its formula a bit as well. Nothing wrong with booking a guest like Malin Akerman, but maybe a consistent theme each week and all three segments plus a guest relate to it somehow? Right now the episode was a bit mixed.
