Storyline

Fauna is unknowingly drugged by Corinna Hodel and brought to her father George Hodel's mansion where she quickly realizes that she is intended to be Dr. Hodel's next victim unless she escapes from his imprisonment. Meanwhile Jay is being physically beaten while in police custody and he finds a creative way to convince the dirty cops to release him by agreeing to do their dirty work by falsifying his involvement with another murder so the cops can close a case. I started watching because of my interest in the Black Dahlia murder. This story is confusing and amateurish in many ways. The true story is much more interesting. Thank God for Chris Pine. Very disappointing.
