Ah My Goddess was a Beautiful Lie... Bad Goddess is the Ugly Hilarious Truth... Witness Kodansha's Worst Nightmare Come Alive in...
Did You Know?
Kevin recycled the animation work and some of the music from You're Under Arrest: Path of the Raven in the later You're Under Arrest crossover episodes (such as Date Night, Put the Bunny Down, and A Few Bad Apples), so that fans could have an idea of what Path of the Raven looked like without hurting his close friends or detailing their personal issues to the general public. Kevin's Drag/Burlesque Documentary, She Liked It Spooky, is an official entry in the Bad Goddess series as it is directly connected to the events in Path of the Raven. And on Kevin's youtube account, there is a music playlist called 'How Music Can Change Emotions During a Tragedy: An Examination'. This was also the soundtrack to the Path of the Raven serial. All of the elements are out there for the public to see, all that's missing is the story taken from Kevin's private internet conversations with the people involved. See more
There's a scene in Oh Brother where Stephen Geoffrey's Doctor What accidentally changes to Charlie Day's Doctor What for one line of dialogue. Kevin originally made the episode with Charlie Day as a stand in until he could properly photoshop Stephen into the role. When he switched out the actors for the second version, he accidentally missed a photo frame. Instead of fixing the mistake, he left it for comedic purposes. See more
Well, if it ain't on BBC, it ain't worth watching, is it?
"It is definitely NOT for children. If you are a parent and you let your kids watch this... shame on you." The show features Foul Language and Adult Subject Matter that would earn it a Hard R-Rating. There is NO Nudity featured on the show out of fear that Kevin's daughter might have ended up watching it if he did. The only episode that features nudity is Marller Gets a Spinoff: Before the Firefight because of "The Major" character from Ghost in the Shell. See more
There are many noticeable differences between the Original Fan Fiction series and the Anime Video Comic Adaptations as Kevin wanted to improvise some new dialogue to give the audience something new to watch. Most of the action scenes were either skipped over or re-written. Almost all of the material from the original fan fiction made it into the Video Comic version in some form or another, but some of the material gets moved around and incorporated or referenced into other episodes. Kevin tried to be as faithful to his series as possible, but due to the animation style, changes were inevitable, giving him a new perspective on fans who complain when an anime series is not canon to the original stories.
