Did You Know?

Nate likens his and Mick's situation initially to Predator (1987), and later to Apocalypse Now (1979). Nate introduces Mick earlier under the pseudonym Officer Schwarzenegger, referencing the former film's star, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Nate refers to Mick going "full Kurtz", referencing the antagonist of the latter film, Colonel Walter Kurtz. In the film, Kurtz returns to Vietnam in 1966 with the Green Berets (as Mick Rory does in this episode), using barbaric methods to defeat the enemy and send fear, murdering a number of innocent people. When the Legends get to '67 Vietnam, Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Tombstone Shadow" opens the scene. While the choice is a refreshing change from the usual pick for a CCR 'Nam song, not only did it come out in '69 but CCR's first album was released in '68. See more »

Jefferson Jackson: I really wish I had better news about Sara, but she's still in a coma thanks to Damien Darhk's daughter laying her out.

Zari Tomaz: Rory, you weren't supposed to say anything.
Amaya Jiwe: Wait, you didn't take Helen back to Troy where she belongs?
Zari Tomaz: That's what the Time Bureau does. But we... we do something different.
Nate Heywood: No, we do it ...

Lots of heart and quite funny

First of all it's great that they can give a good arc to Mick without using Snart because if they brought him back just one season later (cough cough) Damien Darhk. And this is my complaint. Legends brings back too many villains from other shows taking for granted that we watch them. I for one have but would if you don't like Flash or Arrow but love Legends. That is my 1 complaint of this episode and the whole Series.
