Two moments of Jonas's life intertwine, each reflecting the other: in 1995, when he was a secretive teenager, and 18 years later, as an attractive and impulsive thirty-something looking for balance in his life.
15 year old Tom is going to spend another calm summer with his parents and younger sister at their summer house. But by fate, another family comes to spend some time with them, with their 17 year old son Felix.
In the comedy-drama Cas, Pepijn and Sjors' steady, seven-year relationship is shaken up after they allow a young student named Cas to sleep on their couch until he finds a place of his own. Gradually, both men fall head over heels for Cas' laconic charm and it forces them to reconsider their many long-term plans. I really could not develop empathy for those characters. Pepijn (Wieger Windhorst) asks his partner / husband / lover about his profile on Grindr ... does it mean they have an open relationship? They plan a child by a surrogate mother and a round the world trip at the same time, but Sjors (Kevin Hassing) just got a new job, apparently, which indicates that the couple lacked dialogue long before the arrival of Cas (Felix Meyer), which only made the situation worse. A cold relationship, which in my view, that didn't need a third party to end.
