Trivia

The shooting in the printing shop was filmed on November, 18th 2016, just under 400m away from the Adlon Hotel where at the same time a gala dinner attended by US President Barack Obama, German chancellor Angela Merkel and other European heads of government was taking place. Just prior to the shooting three stray-looking 'tourists' where found on set, nearly got thrown out and revealed themselves as federal agents. After having a short talk with the special effects people, filming was allowed to proceed and eventually one of the Thompson M1928A1 Cal. .45 sub-machine guns, was even allowed to be fired outdoors.
