Milvio is a dramedy revolving around the quintessential grade school experience that all adolescents crave; the only difference, is that our main character is experiencing his with the help of a robot. Milvio, a charming teenage boy, suffers from Polycystic Kidney Disease which requires him to stay within the confines of his bedroom, avoiding the dangers of exposure that not only accompany grade school, but all human interaction. If it weren't for the circumstance of his disease, he would likely be the most popular kid on campus. As a result, in the spirit of his naturally social demeanor, he has a robot to attend grade school in his place, enabling him to interact with friends, classmates, and teachers. Controlling the robot from the safety of his bedroom, the video feed allows him to see, hear, and participate like a "normal" teen.
