‘A Moody Christmas’

The Fox network has commissioned a Us remake of Jungle Entertainment’s A Moody Christmas, the comedy series which followed Dan Moody as he returned home to spend Christmas with his dysfunctional family.

O’Donnell directed the 2012 series which featured the ensemble cast of Patrick Brammall as Dan, Ian Meadows, Jane Harber, Danny Adcock, Robina Beard, Tina Bursill, Guy Edmonds, Darren Gilshenan, Rachel Gordon and Lloyd.

Jungle Entertainment’s Jason Burrows, Lloyd and O’Donnell will serve as executive producers on the six episode remake produced by CBS TV Studios and Fox Entertainment.

This will be the third Jungle-originated show for the Us this year, joining CBS All Access’ No Activity series 3 and FX’s Mr Inbetween season 2.

Whatever Happened to the Cast of “Angel from Hell?”

Angel from Hell would be kind of a contradiction in terms unless you’re talking about Jane Lynch as the angel since, let’s face it, almost every character she’s played as been someone you’d love to see slapped by another female cast member for one thing or another. But for all that you still can’t deny that Lynch is great since she’s the type of person that makes you stare at her wide-eyed since you can’t really believe she said that or went there. That would probably be why she’d be the perfect angel that seemed sent from the opposite direction

6 Women of Color in Supporting Roles Who Deserve to Star on Their Own Shows

6 Women of Color in Supporting Roles Who Deserve to Star on Their Own Shows
TV trends come and go, but who would’ve thought that, with all the focus on inclusion in the past few years, there would now be an uptick of, as IndieWire’s Michael Schneider puts it, “white dudes in crisis” on TV?

To fill the diversity void, the networks have added actors of color to supporting roles. It’s heartening to see that this has created a more realistic picture on TV of what the world looks like, such as the marriage between Zach Braff’s and Tiya Sircar’s characters on “Alex Inc.” representing the growing number of mixed-race marriages in America. Unfortunately, it’s also disappointing to see so many of these favorite actresses get shunted from one supporting role to the next.

Criminal Minds Season 12 Episode 8 Review: Scarecrow

  • TVfanatic
The changes, they keep a-coming at the Bau.

One is in and another is temporarily out in the end, but first, there's a bizarre serial killer (if that's not redundant) to find on Criminal Minds Season 12 Episode 8.

I liked that the unsub was a man who had been psychologically warped by his religious zealot of a father, to the point that he's walking around his barn dressed like a scarecrow.

Talk about your radical Christianity! Look at all the victims that eventually resulted from one man's fanaticism.

And his neighbors are clueless. That nice young fella down the road, when he's not wrapping up dead prostitutes in burlap and barbed wire, never a good look.

It was effective how the desperate sex worker/young mom tapped into the unsub's daddy issues to eventually gain his sympathy and get herself set free.

Stabbing him in the back and running blindly through

Criminal Minds Season 12 Episode 4 Review: Keeper

  • TVfanatic
The post-Hotch Bau continues to gel as they track down an unlikely predator along the Appalachian Trail.

Rossi announces that Hotch is available for consultation while still on temporary duty. But no one picks up the phone to call since they're busy trying to find an unsub who is chopping up hikers in Criminal Minds Season 12 Episode 4.

Command duties are still seemingly split between Rossi and Prentiss, with him in the field in the boons of Virginia and her back at the Bau, leaning over Garcia's shoulder. My money is still on Rossi, whenever producers get around to dealing with Hotch's departure.

Apparently the two sites are fairly close together, as team members are hurling back and forth in no time. Apparently they know shortcuts around the Beltway.

The unsub is an obvious red herring, as the homeless man, Todd Burton, lacks the cunning to pull off the murders.

To abduct,
