Upon learning that she has a cavity and needs a filling, Louise runs away from the dentist's office and seeks refuge at Aunt Gail's. When Louise refuses to go home, Linda sends Tina and Gene to join her and bets her that she won't last the weekend with Aunt Gail's "craziness."
Dr. Yap sees all three Belcher kids; Louise has a cavity. This is a time when countries bear arms and run screaming for peace talks. Louise is not having any of Dr. Yap or her treacherous parents. She goes to stay with Aunt Gayle, determined not to allow Gayle's multitude of eccentricities drive her berserk. But, Linda sends Tina and Gene to stay with Aunt Gayle and her youngest, hoping her "inside man," Tina, can push Louise's buttons. Will weird games, cat sacrifices or poetry make Louise pop her cork? Or, will it be like pulling teeth to get Louise back in that chair?
