Exterior shots of the space station show that the toroidal portion of the structure is rotating. Every view of astronaut Woods aboard the station, however, shows her to be weightless. Unless she spent all her time at the center of rotation of the station, she would experience some weight, depending on how close she comes to the outer rim of the torus.
