Mistakingly thinking Mi-nyu has feelings for Kang Shin-woo, Hwang Tae-kyeong insists she reveal her true gender identity to him (neither knowing Shin-woo already knows). Coincidentally, Shin-woo tells Mi-nyu a disguised story mirroring their relationship, which Mi-nyu fails to perceive. Meanwhile, Prenident Ahn loves Ma Hoon-yi's idea for a promotional video starring Tae-kyeong and Yoo He-yi. With lives already affected by undercurrents of jealousy, manipulation and heartbreak, the shoot becomes further complicated when an extra turns out to be Mi-nam's best friend from high school (for whom his sister, Mi-nyu, was his secret first crush). Mo Hwa-ran schedules another dinner with Tae-kyeong, ostensibly to make up for poisoning him at their last dinner, but upon arrival - on his birthday no less - he discovers it's a business dinner to promote his new recording of her old song (which he has flat out refused to do).
