All the cars around Seattle are shown using the old 3 + 3 license plates (123-xyz). These have been phased out and in 2015 nearly all Washington cars now have use 4 + 3(1234-xyz) license plates. The license tabs on Ana's VW Bug expired the previous year, 2014.
When Christian calls Ana when her cell phone is set to vibrate only, the ring tone heard by Christian, as the caller, is a cell phone ring tone and not the regular tone one would hear when initiating a phone call.
When Ana first arrives at Grey's building for the interview, she walks around the front of the car, stops and looks up at the building, then continues towards the entrance. In doing so, she completely ignores the parking meter near the rear of the car. As this is during working hours, surely she should have put some money in the meter.
When Ana and Christian pose for a newspaper photographer, she smiles without parting her lips. But when the picture is later seen on the front page of the newspaper, she isn't smiling and her mouth is open.
In the final Red Room scene, you can see Christian's bare feet walking around the bed; however, when the blindfold is being placed on Ana's head, he is wearing dark stretchy pants and slippers on the feet.
During the contract negotiation, Anastasia has all of her hair resting on her back. When Christian points out that she is pressing her thighs together, you can see a little bit of her hair and it is all pulled to one side in front of her shoulder. When the scene cuts back to Anastasia, her hair is behind her again and she doesn't pull it to the side until moments later.
The morning after Ana drunk dials Christian, she comes out of the bathroom at the Heathman Suite in the clothes Taylor has bought for her. On the wing chair beside the bathroom door, we see the coral chiffon dress she later wears to dinner at Christian's parents' home.
In both scenes where Anastasia's address is shown the paperwork for the computer and signing of the contract), her address does not match the zip code in Portland. It read 97216 which is incorrect. 97217 would be the correct zip.
The helicopter flight from Portland to shows views of Seattle from a northern vantage looking south, yet Portland is south of Seattle. They would have had to fly past downtown upon arrival, turned around, and then the view would be correct.
Ana's VW Bug could not just be sold with out her knowledge. It would require the title or release of interest, either would need to be signed by her. This is true if it's sold to a person, dealer or junk yard.
When Anastasia goes to interview Christian, we see her getting out of her car in front of the Grey Building. It's highly unlikely that there would be parking spaces directly in front of such a prestigious office building.
While riding in the helicopter Christian moves the stick to the left and the copter turns to the left. In reality this would only cause the craft to pitch to the left. To turn as shown, he would instead use the foot pedals.
Christian takes Ana for a flight in his helicopter, and pilots it from the left seat. Although helicopters by convention are usually flown from the right seat, this particular model - a Eurocopter EC130 - does in fact have the controls on the left side by default. It can also - according to the manufacturer - be fitted with dual controls.
When Kate looks on the web for pictures of Christian Grey, you can see 2 of him that are taken from scenes that happen further on in the film. Christian in the coffee shop and him in Clayton's Hardware Store.
In a particular scene Christian is shown using his MacBook, then closes it when Ana walks in the room. The apple on his MacBook was not lit up when he was using it, so in fact he was staring at a dark screen on his MacBook when he was supposedly doing business on it.
