Overall the Episode is good, but disease explanation was cliche

First of all the Atrial Myxoma doesn't happen to occur in right atrium that's very rare, its usual place is left atrium. So in a rare situation let's think it originated in right atrium it doesn't explain the systemic entry, because the retrograde movement of Myxoma cells is highly unlikely, the most probable chance is it would enter lungs but no other organs.
