With the battle over, the Midos rebuild and reopen the antique store, but all is not quiet. Hazuki and Kouhei continue to show their affection for each other through argument, with others a little worn from so much loud affection in their midst. Seiji, having found Arte, finally deems her safe enough to bring to the antique shop, but in there's a full moon out, and Arte and Elfriede find Kouhei a bit too tempting to resist, triggering Hazuki's ire. Hazuki: Why don't you kiss Grandpa if you're so hungry?
Ryuuhei: Me? Yeah! That isn't a bad idea!
[pan lands on Grandpa's head]
Elfriede: You know I can't possibly do that.
Hazuki: And why not?
Elfriede: Because if I kissed Ryuuhei, he would become my obedient slave, following me around like some mindless animal. Our dear Kouhei, on the other hand, is the Vampire's Lover, so I could kiss him with no effect.
