What's going on with the sound?
30 September 2018 | by amberstone-facebookSee all my reviews

It's like the sound editor on this film was fired before they had finished their job. All the dialogue is planned to the right and all the music is panned to the left, and the music abruptly cuts out at scene changes early on. I thought I'd get used to this, but it was actually distracting throughout the whole film. Regarding the film itself, if you ignore the terrible accents, it's quite well acted and moves at a nice pace, recreating that summer holiday vibe. Not a film I'd necessarily recommend, but I did like it.
