Storyline

Nikki and Harry are called to the Dutch Embassy in the wake of a gunman killing three people, including police constable Barlow and the brother of ambassador Van Buren, though the latter officially died three years earlier. Van Buren's son Jacob went missing fifteen years earlier and now his grandson Jack is missing, Jack's mother Klara and young policeman Whitehead being among the wounded. Curiously the CCTV cameras were switched off at the time of the shooting but, recovering in hospital,Klara claims the murderer was Jacob. The news coverage has a strange effect on telephonist Mary Olivant, who is found hanged, though Leo finds the death suspicious. He is also wary when another pathologist,Sabiston, whom he once trained,is called in to carry out the post mortems at the ambassador's request. Written by don @ minifie-1

A complex, dramatic story.

Carnage at The Dutch embassy, as a gunman takes out people inside, and a British Policeman. Harry is still suffering the effects of his Hungarian experience.

Just when you thought it couldn't get anymore dramatic and exciting then the previous episode, Bloodlines, they do it again.

It opens up in dramatic style, it's tense and will definitely grab your attention.

Very well written, it's complex and multi layered, but not hard to follow.

I liked how it referred back to the previous story, shows so often forget dramatic events. I liked how there was also politics at play, Leo struggling to balance the books. It's interesting that events happened in The Dutch Embassy, it adds all sorts of complications.

Great acting, particularly Lorcan Cranitch, and Kate Ashfield, although everyone is excellent.

Excellent. 9/10
