A forbidden affair of a married sluttish girl named Maya and an equally promiscuous police officer named Virgo. They meet in an abandoned house not far from the city and undertake the forbidden act of sexual congress. Little did they know that Maya's husband Jake is nearby waiting for an opportunity to kill the lover of his wife.
The first part of the movie was well shot, I liked it especially the dark corners of observation and perception pertaining to its title "Butas", It was Interesting it gets you involved in questions that needs answers. I liked that about the film and especially the angles it was shot. I will give it a fair applause for the first part of the film. Moving forward into the story plot I felt like the crew got lazy. It was shot on common angles and rehashed a full scene shot on a different angle to illustrate the twist near the end. To me this could be done better, and also blurred genitals in scene should not been done, I rather watch a scene where you hide the genitals rather than blur the scene, or maybe hide it in shadows and overblown light. Cinematography got lazy later in the movie in my opinion but the story was fair. It gives you a lot of questions and answers it fairly the end. I would not give it a wow but certainly a good film to watch when you are bored. I would still recommend it to married people and people who are mistresses and having marriage problems.
