Storyline

Eli, Maggie, Taylor and Matt all go on a road-trip to Sonoma to fight over a client. During their vacation, Matt recognizes a woman that he went out with before, which he never called back. Maggie and Eli are left alone, and by day they carry on with the court case about a woman and a painting, and by night they are sleeping together. Meanwhile, back in San Fransisco, Jordan takes Patty out on a "date" and bumps in to his ex-wife. Soon, everyone's back in San Fransisco, and Dr Chen reveals all to Nate about his father.

Goofs

While the judge holding Dowd in contempt was entertaining, in reality a judge in her situation would have to recuse herself due to the perception of bias- which she confirmed during her diatribe about him in court. Dowd had not done anything professionally to be held in contempt, so her jailing him would result in a large civil liability against her employer. This scenario was repeated when Taylor was jailed after moving for a recusal.
