Goofs

Tracy states several times that he is 39 years old. However, in 30 Rock: Ludachristmas two years earlier, Tracy's age is shown as 34 on the computer screen at the company enforcing his alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet, which should be accurate as it comes directly from the court. See more »

Quotes

Jack Donaghy: You are a huge disappointment to me.
Milton Greene: I do not understand why we're yelling at each other, but I am not accustomed to losing an argument. So you know what? Screw you... and your fakakte contest.

First episode of the show I've watched...

...and it was actually rather entertaining. Buffoonery for sure, but it definitely knows what it is and how to keep jokes culturally relevant. This is highlighted by Liz at one point, using her parenting knowledge gained from 'The Sims' to advise Jack, who seems utterly clueless. Hilarious! The storyline with Tracy and his 'son' Donald really backs up Jack's quest to find his father very well. The appearance of Alan Alda was a welcome surprise too.

Another laugh came in the form of Liz seizing an opportunity to out-do Jenna at a photo shoot.

Overall, a good episode and I reckon I may sit down and watch some more of 30 Rock in the future. 7/10
