At one point in his coma, Barry finds himself walking among the gravestones of everyone he failed to save, and stops before his own grave, which is a reference to the the famous novella, A Christmas Carol with Ebenezer Scrooge. Coincidentally Barry made his first appearance in the S2 episode of Arrow The Scientist which was followed by Three Ghosts. Among the names on the gravestones were Leonard Snart, Eddie Thawne, Martin Stein, Henry Allen, Nora Allen, and Nora West-Allen. See more
When Frost, attempting to counter Barry's raging, life-threatening fever, infects him with "10 ccs of naproxen sodium", she is basically giving him an Aleve, which would have no effect on a fever. Aleve, or its prescription form Anaprox, is a muscle relaxant. See more
