Spoilers

The trivia item below may give away important plot points.

Omars friend Donnie is played by Donnie Andrews, the real life inspiration for the character Omar. The character of Donnie is killed in this episode just before Omar jumps out a fifth story window and survives. Some fans doubt the believability of this but it is based on a real life incident where Donnie supposedly jumped from a sixth story window and survived.
