The Asgard fleet has managed to destroy the Replicator ship, with Carter aboard, but cannot contain the debris. Talks break down with the System Lords, ending in a Ha'tak being dispatched to test Earth's new defensive capabilities. The Prometheus waits to engage the incoming enemy, but Thor arrives in the Daniel Jackson, with Teal'c aboard. They enlist the help of Daniel and Jack, still in stasis, to remove the threat of the replicators to the new Asgard homeworld. Written by trekkie4christ

Did You Know?

When Col. O'Neill is revived, he twice asks "Teal'c, what's with the hair?" - lampshading the audience's reaction to seeing Teal'c without his head shaved for the first time. The explanation for Teal'c growing out his hair is never given. See more »

While on board his Asgard ship, the "Daniel Jackson", Thor loses contact with his fellow Asgard Penegal during a video communication. The screen displays a "Connection Lost" message or similar, written in Hieroglyphics (and so, presumably, in the Goa'uld language), rather than in Norse Runes, as it would appear on an Asgard computer. Camulus: This may come as a surprise to you...
Dr. Elizabeth Weir: Oh, I'm not sure anything can surprise me at this point.
Camulus: I wish to request asylum.
Dr. Elizabeth Weir: Well, seems I was wrong again.

Excellent Conclusion
1 May 2018 | by claudio_carvalhoSee all my reviews

Thor beams up Jack O´Neill expecting to use his Ancient knowledge to defeat the Replicators. Thor connects O´Neill´s mind to the computer and he builds an artifact. Then Thor beams up a human-form Replicator expecting to invade their network system, but the Replicator wakes up and Jack uses his device to destroy the Replicator. Now Thor is capable to build a large scale weapon capable to destroy the Replicators on Orilla. Now the SG-1 wants to rescue Sam. Meanwhile at the SGC, Camulus requests asylum since Ba´al destroyed his forces. Dr. Weir lets the others System Lords return home.

"New Order: Part 2" is an excellent conclusion of the SG-1 saga with the System Lords and the Replicators. The modifications in the SGC have one sad point, the absence of General Hammond. Why Teal´c has grown out his hair? My vote is eight.
