Spoilers

The trivia item below may give away important plot points.

This is the last show for Stephen Furst as Dr. Eliot Axelrod, and the title tells all: the obese Axelrod suffers a fatal heart attack on the job. (Stephen Furst himself, after being diagnosed with diabetes, lost a great deal of weight in the 1990s and talked about his condition in public service announcements.)
