While apprehending and arresting three Navy enlisted men running an automotive chop shop (using tools stolen from a Navy motor pool), Gibbs, Tony, and Ziva unexpectedly find the severed head of an adult man on ice inside a cooler in the trunk of one of the stolen cars. Abby learns that the head is that of a Navy captain who died four months before in the Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland; she also finds a problem with the cremated remains said to be those of the deceased. McGee determines the owner of the stolen car, then Tony, McGee, and Ziva discover major evidence. The furnace operator disappears, but the gang find him, and they figure out the whole thing. Oh, Gibbs.
13 March 2016 | by DCSassyQueenSee all my reviews

For some reason in the past episodes, I have been really upset with Gibbs treating the team beneath him. I know that is his thing, but it still bothered me.

In this episode, I am so grateful that the tender side of Gibbs was shown because it reminded me of why I loved Gibbs so much. He protected the feelings of the mother & the child and all was forgiven.

I just love Tony, Ziva, Abby & Probie as a team. They make everything more fun and I wish they would be a team forever.
