Christmas
29 November 2014 | by AaronCapenBannerSee all my reviews

James "Grizzly" Adams(Dan Haggerty) is preparing for the Christmas holiday when he comes to the aid of a pioneer family led by a man named Ned(played by Ken Curtis) who has his niece and nephew with him, and had accidentally caused an avalanche, though Adams finds them and brings them back to his cabin, where waiting is Mad Jack(Denver Pyle) with an old trapper friend(played by Jack Kruschen) who will go in search of the parents, along with Nakoma(Don Shanks) who are indeed found safe and all will be reunited for a welcome Christmas celebration in the snowy valley. Last episode of this too-brief series is also the best, an exciting and poignant holiday tale that served as a most effective farewell.
