Goofs

Cragen notes that one of the convicts the victim was writing to was in prison for first degree manslaughter and that he was given the maximum sentence and served "12 of the 15 years of his sentence". 15 years is not the maximum sentence for manslaughter in the first degree, it is a class B felony meaning it carries a maximum sentence of 25 years. 15 years is the maximum sentence for a class C felony, such as manslaughter in the second degree. Elliot Stabler: Wasn't it Shakespeare who wrote, "I want to do you on the stove top"?
