Lorelai and Rory are fresh back from Atlantic City, where they had a late celebration of Rory's 21st birthday. Lorelai surprises herself when she finds the perfect wedding dress in the first shop she looks in, and finishes planning the wedding in no time. Back at Yale, Rory moves into Paris and Doyle's run-down apartment and rejoins the Daily News. Lane is distressed after her break-up with Zach and takes it out on her mother.
