A cocky cop, who is also a martial arts expert, is reassigned to the unit, where his do-it-his-way attitude jeopardizes them finding the man. Their suspect is a missile engineer and apparently he is working for someone who wants him to arm one. They eventually discover that the one who hired him is an old enemy of the unit's leader.
