The Monarch attempts to strike Dr Venture where it hurts, by kidnapping Hank & Dean and holding them for a $10M ransom. The plan is foiled when rainbow hero Captain Sunshine arrives to rescues Hank, making him his new sidekick, Wonder Boy.
