Girls just want to have fun, and so the daughter explores the liberal party life in Seoul and soon she meets the handsome member of a local South Korean rock band.
But wait! The intelligence agency in South Korea learns of a conspiracy by the American CIA to kidnap the North Korean party girl. Things turn serious with many guns, fights and chases. The North Koreans want the girl back at all costs. What will happen?
Lots of energy, but nothing electrifying. Although a fun idea, the movie never catches fire. AZN Cable Channel lists this film as a comedy. It is not funny. It is not romantic. It is more of an action adventure than anything. Many of the Korean TV dramas show more chemistry.
