During the scene where Austin and Max were hiding under Brisban's desk while Mr. Hartmann and a woman were kissing, the baby cried so much that its mother had to be under the desk with Corbin Bleu.

When Maddy gets stuck babysitting Max and brings him to the go cart track, we see him walking. Kristen Stewart tried to pick him up before they started filming the scene but the baby didn't want to be picked up.
When the three kids are changing to go into the party at the bank, the director was going to have Austin kiss Maddie's neck, but he decided to cut it out.

When Gus throws up his sock to Maddy with the toy car in it, Max Thieriot had actually taken it off his foot. He is barefoot in the next shot. Corbin Bleu actually said his feet did stink and the dialogue was purely improvised. Hence the reaction Gus makes.
