The president of a large international group decides to give a Ferrari to Youssouf Benkélé, the center forward of the football team he sponsors. Given that there is a train strike going on, it's André Herbault - the human resources director of the Group - who is responsible for getting the Ferrari to Monaco where the footballer lives. On route, André takes a hitchhiker on board: Vincent Saulnier who's on his way to his daughter's boarding school. Unemployed for three years, Vincent has hidden the situation from his daughter Olivia and his ex-wife, Edith. Dazzled by the Ferrari and eager to convince his daughter that everything is working out for him, Vincent asks André to exchange their roles. He will be driving the Ferrari when they arrive at boarding school, and André will play the hitchhiker. The trio going to live through several days of surprises, twists and turns on the Côte d'Azur.
