Chock full of Christmas goodness
12 April 2007 | by peanutgoobSee all my reviews

I absolutely LOVE this program. I taped it when it was first on and watch it whenever I feel down. It's packed with Christmas cheer from beginning to end! The best part is seeing all the different shows. It's really fun to see the old black and white shows like I Love Lucy and the Jack Benny Show. And, the special reading by the real Viginia of Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus always makes me tear up. What a special treasure for a story that seems too old even for television.

As a bonus, since I taped mine in 1994- I get to see the commercial for the 'must have' Christmas items. Who knew vests would look so silly ten years later. It will a sad day when my tape wears out. I wish I could get it on DVD!!! :)
