WWF in Your House: Beware of Dog (1996) Poster

Trivia

During the Pay-Per-View, the power in the building went out after the 2nd match. The crowd stayed and watched the rest of the card in the dark, and power was restored before the main event. A second version of the show then aired with the matches shown on the first night, plus the matches done in the dark, redone on a separate Pay-Per-View showing two nights later.

The first and second parts of this event took place on 28th and 28th May 1996, respectively. In between, on 27th May, the WWF's main competitor WCW expanded it's Monday Nitro show to two hours for the first time. It also reintroduced Scott Hall to WCW audiences - fresh from his WWF rin as Razor Rain - setting the genesis for the New World Order storyline.
