Storyline

The Passion of Jesus Christ as seen through the eyes of Judas. This popular rock musical is based on the 1996 London/2000 Broadway revivals of the show, directed by Gale Edwards. Re-orchestrated and set to modern times, it is not the Superstar of the 70's but rather one for the 21st Century. Written by Anonymous

i think it's not that bad at all
25 May 2005 | by I__kalkmanSee all my reviews

hi, i'm not religious what so ever but i'm an inspired fan of the music. i'm a 17 year old girl and i really wanted to show my classmates what was so great about this JCS musical. so i showed them the old JCS but they diddn't like it. later i showed them this version and the result was that people where almost hypnotized watching it! so maybe it's not the best JCS in ways like acting and performing but it get's the attention of younger people. that has to count for something, doesn't it? i see it like a modern version.

and i thought the high priests were great so as their costumes. by the way, annas was great. you have to admit that.

well, everybody who reads this will probably think " what does a 17 year old girl know about this musical" but i just wanted to share my thought with you thank for reading and i'm curious if i get any responds.

bye now
