Made famous the world over for its convenient divorce laws, the city of Reno, Nev. is truly a haven for married folk who have experienced changes of heart. But it has never before been known to be instrumental in a romance that meant wedding bells instead of divorce. In this picture it happens. Jack can only get that $20,000 left him in a will if he marries Grace, whom he never saw, and Grace is left money on the same condition, she never laid eyes on Jack. Neither of them likes the idea at all, and Grace sets about to change her pretty face and clothing into something ugly. Jack gets a similar idea, and as a result, it's a typical tough that meets a stupid-looking Sis Hopkins at the lawyer's office next day. They are completely nauseated with each other, but the money stares them in the face, and to their mutual disgust, they are married. Jack gets home and decides to go to Reno for a divorce.
