My eyes! My eyes!

Hoo boy. What a stinker. The more I watched this movie, the more I wondered why. The acting isn't nearly as bad as the story, and the story can't hold a candle to how bad the dubbing is. It may be a French/English production, bet even the English dialogue appears to have been re-recorded in post-production.

I don't blame the cast - not even the attractive leads could sell the bad stunts and cheesy special effects - but it's the writers who have to shoulder the blame for the weak plot and strange character turns.

Well okay, there's one complaint about the cast. Who would ever believe Randy Quaid was Canadian, eh?
