The successful businessman, Pafsanias--who is pathologically jealous of his beautiful and statuesque wife, Tasia--hatches a clever plan to catch his woman in the act. Without delay, he takes the last boat to Paros, and unexpectedly, barges in Tasia's hotel room, after hearing her talking to a man. Indeed, the ambitious young lover, Pavlos, escapes by the skin of his teeth, and to save himself, enters the room of the charming holidaymaker, Lena, only to find the love of his life. In the meantime, to spare himself the embarrassment and to avoid a scandal, Pafsanias claims that he is hot on the trail of the burglar who has broken into the apartment. Will Lena fall for the charms of the handsome thief?
