The American TV version deleted a large section between Pogue's visit to the fashion show and his dictating to his tape recorder about the coin being with "Baby". In addition to eliminating the entire "guest speaker" scene, one of the funniest in the movie, this is also the part where Pogue learns tha the coin is with Baby. Thus, the viewer is left out of a key clue in this mystery! See more »
Dana Carvey, one of the most talented SNL alumni ever, shows that not all of his movies suck in this hilarious movie. Dana Carvey is outstandingly funny, and the whole situation is so bizarre that it's quite amusing. Why do the critics hate this movie so much? This movie is definitely worth watching.
