A pretty fair TV western
7 February 2002 | by kellaway84See all my reviews

Basic story of your anti-hero who discovers he has a son and wants to turn good, though is on the run from bounty hunters. The local marshal offers him the chance for a pardon if he takes out a local outlaw who killed the marshals wife.

The acting is solid and the plot follows common formulae but still an enjoyable film.

I saw aspects of the dollars trilogy especially 'a few dolalrs more'...main character infiltrates gang to take out etc, and also elements seen in unforgiven (although this predates it) of the old hand turning good and going out one last time.
