Sex & Nudity

  • While the men are gathered together to audition for the role of Hitler, two men are seen wearing only speedos. They soon clear out to the side as the auditions begin.
  • During the opening number of the play, several women are seen wearing very revealing outfits, that barely cover the private parts. Many are shown close-up.
  • When Bialystock and Bloom return to their office after the show, Ula opens her coat to reveal that she is only in a bikini, and she dances.
  • Ula references that she and Bialystock "go to hotel".
  • Bialystock plays non-explicit fully clothed role-playing games with a myriad of "little old ladies" for money. It is never mentioned whether he sleeps with them or not.

Violence & Gore

  • A building blows up, characters are later seen in casts.
  • A character fires a gun several times at other people.
  • A character is comically hit on the head with a wrench.
  • A character has an over the top panic attack and is egged on by his antagonist (non-violent).

  • No swearing, just some minor "name calling".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • The main characters smoke cigars and drink champagne in celebration. At a bar, the characters meet a "cheerful" drunk who sings songs and acts silly.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The Hitler/WWII references will probably go over younger viewers heads. Nothing really frightening/intense in the film as everything is done comically.
