“Kelly again in tears,” Carson Daly declared near the end of “The Voice” finale on Tuesday night, just moments before humble country artist Jake Hoot of Team Kelly Clarkson was named the winner of Season 17 (watch above). Each of the final four artists were given the chance to address their coaches one last time, and Kelly was not prepared for the words she was about to hear.
