Kevin Smith gives update on animated Marvel series Howard the Duck

Along with his upcoming View Askewniverse return Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, Kevin Smith is also set to dabble with another shared universe, the filmmaker teaming with Dave Willis (Aqua Teen Hunger Force) to develop the animated Marvel series Howard the Duck for Hulu.

Speaking at Comic-Con (via Comic Book), Smith has offered an update on the show, revealing that work is yet to really begin as the plan is for it to follow Hulu’s other three animated Marvel series M.O.D.O.K., Hit-Monkey, and Tigra and Dazzler Show:

“In terms of the order of the shows, right now, our show goes last,” said Smith. Right now it’s M.O.D.O.K., then Hit-Monkey, then Dazzler & Tigra, then Howard the Duck. My partner on that show is the brilliant Dave Willis who created Aqua Teen Hunger Force. He’s the sensibility that you want to go along with Howard.
