Mila Kunis unsure about career future: 'It's hard for women'
Mila Kunis has admitted that she doesn't think she will be able to act for the rest of her life.

Speaking to James Franco in a Playboy interview, the Oz the Great and Powerful star admitted that she thinks it gets "weird" for actresses as they get older.

"There's a documentary you should see called Searching for Debra Winger, about how this industry affects women in their 30s," she said. "Realistically speaking, it's hard.

"I think you have to choose. Do you want to have a life, or do you want to have a career? Sometimes you can find a happy medium, but in this industry it's rare... You have to choose: privacy or career."

She continued: "It's not necessarily particular to women, but in this documentary it is. I also think in this industry, age is particular to women versus men. Why? Because that's just how it is."
