Earlier this week, after his wife’s suit was made public, Prince Harry released a letter online decrying how some in the press were “waging campaigns against individuals with no thought to the consequences” – words one could assume he would intend for this matter too.

The usually loud volume Mirror and their Reach plc owners are keeping quiet for now on the matter, saying they have not been

The fashion designer and reality TV star was adopted by Lionel and his then-wife, Brenda, when she was 9 years old. She was born Nicole Camille Escovedo, and her biological parents are Peter Michael Escovedo, a musician who toured briefly with Lionel, and Karen Moss, an assistant to Nicole's aunt, singer, drummer, and Prince collaborator Sheila E. When Nicole was 4, her birth parents agreed to let her move in with Lionel and Brenda, as they were unable to care for her financially. Twitter Responds To Controversial Figure Boris Johnson Becoming UK Prime Minister: “God Help Us”
He wasn’t voted in by a majority of the country, he’s a controversial populist accused of racism and sexism, he comes from significant family wealth and he sports a distinctive blonde mop. The Donald Trump parallels are seemingly endless…Conservative Party members have elected Boris Johnson as the next Prime Minister of the UK.

This result was expected in recent weeks given that Johnson was one of the primary architects of Brexit and has the backing of the right-wing of his party who want Brexit at any cost, even if it means leaving the EU without a deal.

Johnson succeeds outgoing Pm Theresa May who was recently made to stand down by the fractious, ruling Conservative party. He will at some point need to call a general election so the country can have a say on whether it wants to be governed by the controversial figure.

Johnson is

Romesh Ranganathan: I’m rubbish at sport – and now I’ve got to do keepy-uppies with Freddie Flintoff

On A League Of Their Own, I’m always terrified I’ll get the ball and accidentally kill someone in the audience

I was terrible at sport at school. I was fat, which made things slightly tougher, but it also meant that people were encouraging to the point of patronising. If I managed to complete the 100m race on sports day without asking for a biscuit, the teachers would hug me and say, “See? I knew you could do it!” I once managed to negotiate a two-metre head start with a teacher purely on the grounds of being fat. He agreed, which in itself was fairly damaging, but not as damaging as the fact that I still came last. It was like a greyhound race where the greyhounds overtake the hare instantly, and then the fat hare cries to his parents so they take him to Happy Eater for pancakes.

Bette Midler Continues Trump Twitter Wars With Doggerel Poem On Melania

Bette Midler Continues Trump Twitter Wars With Doggerel Poem On Melania
Bette Midler is back on the Trump stump via Twitter. This time, she composed a bit of doggerel that references the President’s wife.

Midler tweeted yesterday:

There once was a girl from Slovenia

Who now lives right on Pennsylvinia

To the East Room she’ll flee

From her husband’s wee wee

While he plays with his own schizophrenia

Predictably, the poem drew praise from the anti-Trump crowd and condemnation from the President’s supporters. Midler and Trump have been going at each other in various venues for a while. The most recent quote that raised the President’s ire came in a Midler tweet that called Republicans “the dumbest group of voters in the country” and was inaccurately attributed to Trump. Midler later apologized for her mistake. “This quote turns out to be a fake from way back in ’15-16. Don’t know how I missed it, but

The eagerly anticipated match took place in London for the first time in over a decade, packing out Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge Stadium with a whopping 39,836 in attendance. The match ended in a 2-2 draw, leading to a nail-biting penalty shoot-out for the second year in a row, with the Soccer Aid World XI
