This to some and me is an underrated cult classic. It isn't bad, or good. But it is what I call "lite good". Which is when it reaches a following of acceptance and love that it is still look at as stupid. I love this film straight up. I own the DVD which is kind of hard to find these days. The dialogue is acceptable and cheesy. But the fighting is really top notch. Koichi Sakamoto deserves praise for the fight scenes in this movie. Great fun film.

Votes: 6,261

Oh, god this films plot and setting is AMAZING. Please tell me if you're a fan of this movie you can't help but smile!! This movie has it all. Bad cheesy plot, sets, fights, story, and dialogue. Fun film that always makes me smile.

Votes: 204

Is this a kids show? Well hell, I like "Kaiju" stuff and this falls in that category right? I'm a sucker for authentic suits, fake city sets, and monster action. This is right up my alley. And this series is what got me into the Ultra man legacy. The best Ultra man series in my vote.

4. King Kong Escapes (1967)

G | 96 min | Adventure, Sci-Fi

Votes: 2,020

Out of all the King Kong films released, you are probably wondering.. Why this film? Well, I would say. "I would watch this any day over King Kong lives, Kong 05, or Kong 76(even tho I like the 05,76 movies)." This movie is just fun to watch(a word I use way to often but mostly correct), and who doesn't like Kong battling a Mecha sized Kong? I'm I right? Yes, I am.

5. Ebirah, Horror of the Deep (1966)

Director: Jun Fukuda | Stars: Akira Takarada, Kumi Mizuno, Chôtarô Tôgin, Hideo Sunazuka

Votes: 3,820

I like all of Godzilla's films. From the very first dark film of 1954, all the way to 2004's Final Wars. But, this list is "guilty pleasures" which in turn is not very liked films, either in a genre or trilogy of films. This Godzilla film is mostly not liked, hell probably hated. I like this Godzilla film. To me it wasn't serious. It had everything I wanted visual as a child, and that pretty much stuck with me. Note: This movie was suppose to be a sequel to the #4 movie on my list. But somehow they didn't think Kong was marketable? That would of been awesome to see Kong battle a giant f#@king lobster!?

6. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (1993)

PG | 96 min | Action, Adventure, Comedy

40 Metascore

The turtles find themselves transported back in time to ancient Japan.

Director: Stuart Gillard | Stars: Elias Koteas, Paige Turco, Stuart Wilson, Sab Shimono

Votes: 29,136 | Gross: $42.66M

I loved this Turtles movie. I never understood the middle finger that this movie got. I guess the setting and plot was too dumb that even a 5 year old didn't like it. Me on the other hand, enjoyed it alot. And I think this is very underrated as a Turtles movie.

7. Dollman vs. Demonic Toys (1993 Video)

Director: Charles Band | Stars: Tim Thomerson, Tracy Scoggins, Melissa Behr, Phil Fondacaro

Votes: 1,138

Uhh.. What a stupid movie right? Well, I can't help but smile when I watch this. I don't know how someone like me at the age of 5 would be allowed to watch this. But I was lucky to stumble upon a lot of Charles Ban movies and well, I loved the hell out of them for being so damn cheesy and sub par. This movie is one of them.

8. Beverly Hills Ninja (1997)

27 Metascore

A man tries to rescue a woman with a little help from his half brother.

Director: Dennis Dugan | Stars: Chris Farley, Nicollette Sheridan, Robin Shou, Nathaniel Parker

Votes: 36,212 | Gross: $31.24M

Oh, Chris Farley. How you left us too soon. He was one hell of a funny dude, and his movies today are a favorite choice of comedies I pick to watch. This one is goofy in a sense(lu-kang is in it). But, I seen this in theaters and loved every minute of it. Still do today.

9. Independence Day (1996)

Director: Roland Emmerich | Stars: Will Smith, Bill Pullman, Jeff Goldblum, Mary McDonnell

Votes: 502,709 | Gross: $306.17M

Why is this movie hated? Someone or anyone can answer me this, because I'm confused how a movie that lives up to a "summer blockbuster" and then some, can be so overlooked and hated. I heard their was a sequel in the works, and I'm excited even more.

10. Waterworld (1995)

PG-13 | 135 min | Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi

56 Metascore

Director: Kevin Reynolds | Stars: Kevin Costner, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Dennis Hopper, Tina Majorino

Votes: 169,771 | Gross: $88.25M

I put this movie in here because I think it's underrated. Why the hate? I never understood. Probably because of the over budget and the critics wanted it to bomb. But, to me it's a great adventure film. Kevin Costner is awesome and believable as a drifter mutant at sea. Solid cheesy movie with great cinematography.

11. Demonic Toys (1992 Video)

R | 86 min | Comedy, Fantasy, Horror

A pregnant policewoman, her quarry, and an innocent delivery boy become trapped in a haunted toy warehouse.

Director: Peter Manoogian | Stars: Tracy Scoggins, Bentley Mitchum, Dano Cerny, Michael Russo

Votes: 3,209

Well, well. Charles Bands first evil toy movie before the team up "Dollman/Demonic Toys" flick. I remember this, and will never forget that evil ass jack in the box clown. F#@king gave me nightmares as a child. This is underrated horror. Silly, dumb, and goofy. But does what it's suppose to do. Give the audience something different in the "evil toy" department. And I thank Charles Band for making this.

Votes: 70,758 | Gross: $48.61M

This movie flew over every ones head, and completely panned and overlooked. I cry foul. What where they expecting? You can't do better than Speed(1994). So, what's the problem? I enjoyed the hell out of this movie. I think I seen this a realistic 12 times fully through. Love it every time.

Director: Steven Spielberg | Stars: Jeff Goldblum, Julianne Moore, Pete Postlethwaite, Vince Vaughn

Votes: 352,651 | Gross: $229.09M

Jurassic Park was the first movie I ever seen in a theater. No *beep* I remember clearly. So when the sequel came out in 97. I was probably 8-9ish about that time, and I loved it more than the original. I know there is big plot holes and some very unnecessary dark themes in it(like Eddie didn't need to die in such a tragic way). But overall I loved this movie. It's the only copy of Jurassic Park films that I got on DVD.
